§ 4 Online Booking via Calendly and Payment Processing
(1) Appointment Booking via Calendly
We offer you the option to book appointments for coaching or workshops online using the "Calendly" tool. The provider is Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, 10th Floor, Atlanta, Georgia 30363, USA.
Purpose: Efficient and simple appointment scheduling and management.
Processed data: Name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), as well as the appointment data you have chosen.
Legal basis: The processing is necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures and for the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Data transfer to the USA: Calendly is a US provider. A data transfer to the USA involves risks. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Calendly, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). These are intended to ensure that the level of data protection of the GDPR is also maintained when processing data in the USA.
(2) Payment Service Providers
For the processing of payments within the booking process, we use external payment service providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Purpose: Secure and efficient processing of payments.
Processed data: Master data (name, address), payment data (bank details, credit card number), contract and usage data.
Legal basis: The transmission of the data is necessary for the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The terms and conditions and privacy policies of the respective payment service providers apply to the payment transactions.
§ 5 Your Rights as a Data Subject
As a data subject affected by data processing, you have the following rights:
Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR) to the data we process about you.
Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) of your data stored by us.
Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR).
Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), i.e., the right to receive selected data in a machine-readable format or to request its transfer to another controller.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) to the processing of your data that is based on our legitimate interest.
Right to withdraw your consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR) with effect for the future.

The supervisory authority responsible for us is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
